My Husband and I just took a job on a vessel.  The chef before him got fired after a month for lack of preference.  

We just finished Christmas/ New Years Charter and went out.  Happen to run into the X-chef, who is still unemployed( that's what he said) ???  

My husband went to talk to him and next thing you know my husband has 2 black eyes and was getting hit by the x-chef.

There apparently the x-chef said he was going to sue my husband because he broke his hand when he punched out my husband. He wants to sue for salary because he "cant" work ( but he doesn't have a job???)

Any advise????????
