Connecticut-based Furrion will introduce a new Automatic Transfer Switch, which automatically switches between shore power and a boat generator or inverter, at IBEX next week. 

Furrion’s automatic switches provide a mechanical interlocking system to prevent two power sources being connected together, thus avoiding a short circuit, overvoltage, generator or inverter failure.
